Saturday, May 5^th- Clean-Up Weekend

8:00 am Cottage owners, friends and family bring rakes, tarps and cleaning items to clean the grounds and buildings. Lunch for the workers and then more clean-up. Ladies Aid Meeting at1:30 pm, Program Committee Meeting from2:30 – 3:15 pm& Board Meeting at3:30 pm.

Sunday, May 27^th– Memorial Day Weekend Picnic &  Concert -a free-will offering collected

5:00 pmcovered dish picnic at the pavilion and there will be a concert at7:30 pm.

Friday, July 27^th – Sunday, August 5^th – CAMPMEETING!

Fri., July 27^th at 7:30 pm we begin campmeeting with a Hymn Sing and an ice cream social provided by the Ladies Aid. Dennis Littleton will be our guest speaker beginning Sat., July 28^th at 7:30 pm through Sun., Aug.5^th. Board Meeting on 1^st Sat., July 28^th at 10:00 am  and Ladies Aid Meeting on Mon., July 30^th at1:00 pm.

Saturday, October 13^th – Close-up facilities for season

Everyone prepares the cottages and the campground for the off season.  Board of Trustees and Program committee meetings will be schedule and held.  Farmers Fair events in Dillsburg.

 EVERYONE’S HELP IS NEEDED TO PITCH IN ANDHELP KEEP THE BATHROOMS, FELLOWSHIP HALL, TABERNACLE, PAVILION, BOARDING HOUSE ANDTHE GROUNDS CLEAN.
