Ladies Program

This years Ladies program speaker will be Frances Drost.  Frances will share practical Christian advice that anyone could apply in their personal, family and daily life.

      

The Ladies Program will begin on Thursday afternoon at 2 pm in the Tabernacle.  Afterwards the Ladies will adjourn for a Tea Social and light refreshments.

Meet Frances Drost

Frances Drost is a concert artist and inspirational speaker who began her own company, “Musical Creations” as a way to encourage people on their journey through life. She skillfully combines music, teaching, and speaking to present a unique, professionally designed program.

As both a singer and songwriter, Frances has a unique way of presenting real-life experiences and meaningful messages that are subtly woven throughout her music. In fact, it has been said, “Be careful about inviting Frances to your home; she may write a song about you.”

Frances is creative and committed to serving those who entrust her with time and influence. She can tailor her programs to suit your needs – from a full blown major concert to a small group of ladies gathered for tea. She is able to develop topics and themes at your request and is able to weave music into any topic – that is just another of her unique abilities.

Having served for a total of 10 years on staff as the Director of Worship at two different churches, Frances brings that experience into her worship leading at various conferences and churches.  As a worship leader, she has shared many platforms with wellknown author and Women of Faith speaker, Carol Kent.

Frances is also a songwriter for Songs Of Love – a nonprofit organization that connects songwriters with terminally ill children. The songwriter writes a song for the family with their child as the star of the song. This is an awesome way to encourage children and reinforce how beautiful they are and help carry them through difficult times.

Frances has 5 CD projects available for purchase both on her website and many other sites such as iTunes, CD Baby, etc.  “Hand Painted” – her most recent project, is an instrumental project consisting of 11 contemporary praise and worship tunes and is a joint production between herself and Jeff Anderson (Nashville, TN) featuring piano along with a full band. 

Frances was the also the winner of the 2009 Momentum Award for “Female Artist Of The Year” and was also nominated for “Inspirational Artist Of The Year” at the 2009 Momentum Awards ceremony in Nashville, TN.
